The Source Of All My Pain

All this brutality, it eats me up inside.
Haunting my dreams, with realistic lies.
Everything you see, and everything you hear,
is frightened people, screaming with fear.
Inhumanity, the source of all my pain,
fighting my soul, making me insane.
Grasping my heart, clenching it tight,
drowning the screams, hiding my fright.
Abused and tortured, then called a thing.
Left out to die, scared so I scream.
Take me away, relive this pain.
Just let me die, angels I sing.
Miserable inside terrified of you.
Frightened of what, you might do.
I'm not myself, I'm just this "thing".
Killing me now, Free my everything.
Peace to horror, love to hate.
Falling apart, faster then fate.
Undo these tears, chances aren't great.
Perish my soul, forever I wait.
Abruptly corrupted, left here to die.
These people are evil, you ask them why.
Leave me alone, reverse my fears.
Frightened of living, nothing left to hear.
