Crawling In The Dark

These tears that we cry
are fallen rain.
It comes from the hurt and the pain.
It is you I blame.

The moon shines
so heavenly bright.
Take back the light.
Take back what is not right.
This is not mine.

These stars twinkle.
They make the dark sky seem so full.
Don't you wish you could catch a falling star?
Then, you could wish to know who you really are.

The thunder roars
like a lion to its prey.
I wish I could turn back time
to the break of day.
