Let Death Be Our Release

I know there’s must be an antidote to all this poison we drink
The cold glass vile we so helplessly bring to our lips to numb our
suffering
But we are unfortunate and mislead souls
Ignorant to the wishes our lovers asked and told
But we make a wish
And watch the flame our this love burn out
And grow more and more cold making us tense up from the paranoia and doubt
So let’s cheer to lost hope and broken hearted fools
And have all smiles as we gouge out our eyes
So we can never see the change we made this time
I’ll ignore your sorrowful whimpers
And join you by your side
We’ll be holding hands while our own blood pours out our eyes
We’ll try to say I love you before our last gasping breath
Try to see if this love was even better after death
But our conscience is pulling us away
Tearing us apart and adding on to the mess we made
So die again tonight and make love be our release
To see the beauty and serenity once our hearts stop to beat
As our flesh turns gray and frozen from this spell
Our eyes glassy as if we were still in this pitiful hell
So let death be our release
Love be our reason when we meet
And while the pulse in my veins slowly wares thin
I’ll say I love you once more and forever be entwined with him
