When reality fades

In a world of lies and a realm of broken dreams
You bleed to know you are alive
And you live to die
So why look ahead or not to the sky...
When in the end we are all going to die

Pondering gets you nowhere fast but further from reality
No matter what you think; unconsciously you drift.
Somehow...somewhere there is my bright light,
The moon to shine through my dark

That’s what we all hope but can we know its presence is there
Somewhere? When nothing is reassurance,
And reassurance is never enough
Miracles seem too few, and those purely by chance
So in a world between insects and angles,
Which life you should choose to lead...
Either way they both end the same.

This life is a tapestry,
Unravel it slow.
You never know what it will show.
Too much too fast, surly the knowledge won’t last!
Transparent like glass, a man made marvel
Locked inside the surreal peeks through at reality
But what is reality? Our reality ends the same way…
Our reality ends.
