Frost Bitten

Laying in the ice sheets--bed so cold,
lonely nights of frost, as my feelings unfold..

Staring at the cold chilling walls,
yearning for you with my cold shivering calls..

Twisting and turning as the icicles fall down,
waking me with a cold hailing sound..

Angry inside as my heart freezes over,
tangled in tears as I cry upon your shoulder..

Misled by your cold-blooded words,
for my soul is of silence, and quietly unheard..

So leave me now,for this night has been slow..
I forgive but wont forget, throughout this ice-melting snow..
