There’s a place for people like me
A place we can advert
It numbs the mind of loneliness
And takes away the hurt
Everything you thought was right
Has come to show so wrong
Now from the world you escape
To a place where you belong
You don’t have to meet a standard
Or be someone you’re not
No loved ones to cause you pain
Or enemies to be fought
The hopeless roam in packs
Through the gardens of dark fashion
Past the forest of willow trees
Over the graveyards of dead passion
Bathing in the rivers
Of our bloody reflections
Clenching tightly our razors
That alter our complexions
In this place your soul is free
And you don’t have to cry
But don’t hold on so tightly
That you can’t say goodbye
