To the deep seas
Let the waves wash my tears
Let it carry me away
to where I can no longer hear
Your promises and lies
Which are now so clear
Let me sink into the water
Until I can no longer feel
Let it drown this nightmare
Which is now so real
Let the water fill my lungs
Wet the scars that shall never heal
The water is red
A few moments ago it was teal
The blood runs down my legs
Down to my heels
And I write this letter to you
My blood as its seal
But you shall never open it
because to me, you’re no longer real…
