Please walk

To fight you off
I've tried and tried
I always make the same mistake
and look into your eyes.
It's as if they're pressuring me
a sudden sense of weakness
Taking over my whole mind
making me so senseless.
So if you catch a glimpse of me
please turn and walk away
As there is no distance left to run
and you are the delay.
You occupy my thoughts
my present, future, and my past
And I'm turning and I'm running
but my stamina won't last.
I need you to be gone
I cannot carry on like this
In order to move on
I must not know that you exist.
