Hallucinating

Worry not,
I'm here now.
No more worries or fears.
But you ask how?
I can show you,
Just take this pill.
It'll make you feel better,
Swallow it without will.
You've got lungs, right?
Maybe you can ruin them.
By taking a gulp of this smoke,
Enjoy all the phlegm.
And a liver, too?
It's not important, yes?
Take some swigs from this bottle.
Though it's alcoholic, I confess.
And what about a heart to kill?
Just to seal the deal.
Maybe you're just hallucinating.
Because this voice isn't even real.

( Dedicated to my brother. I hope this proves a point. )
