the rain has taken me prisoner
and i am stuck
deep inside the pouring blackness
it is lonely here
and i miss everyone else
no one can find me, though
i'm too far gone
no one knows where i am
and the loneliness hurts my very existence
i need a shoulder to cry on
but there is no one here
and i am more alone than i have ever been
it doesnt take long
for tears to mingle with the raindrops on my face
