the silent bullet soaring through her supple breast
the devious action as you held her bloody chest
the evil look that searched for a strangers eye
and the sickening way you let her die

just a beautiful girl running through the weeds
just a glance and knew what you had to do so you did the bloody deed
just as the way she ran from you
and just as if the beauty knew

you were going to be the one
you were going to bask away under the dallas sun
you were a couple and were going to be wed
and you were going to be with her till she's dead

the way she breathed and spoke
the way she slept, and the way she woke
the way you loved her, and she did you
and the way you hugged her, and said "i do"

it's just the way she let you go
it's just the way you let her know
it's just the way she wasn't your only girl
and it's just the way your lies unfurl

it's all over now and you can't go back
it's all about how you can't sleep, can't relax
it's all about how shes missing
and it's all about how at any move your wincing

she said she loved you and you said it to her
she said the marriage needed to bestir
she said you needed to get your act together
and she screamed until her anger stirred

you watched her scream and cry
you caused the riots, you didn't have to try
you made her hate you
and you can't regret what you had to do

now she's sinking to the bottom of a lake, if not dead, drown
now there is a loaded gun staring you down
now the agony has defeated you
and now your body and mind have gone askew

you find yourself killing your mind
you find that your blood has run cold
you find yourself laying on the floor
and your laying in someone elses blood

soon everyone will know what happened
soon the bodies will be discovered
soon the bloody mess will run dry
soon you yourself will die

sooner than expected your in a coma
sooner than expected the sun is down, your in umbra
sooner than expected your dead and dark
and sooner than expected your ashes are secluded by a postmark
