The Warmth of a Flame

These virgin lips are waiting to be kissed,
Untouched skin longing for a touch of bliss.

These eyes are seeking to melt into yours,
This heart wanting a pair of wings to soar.

These ears still wait for the sweetest sounds,
The treasures of love are still yet to be found.

Yearning for your tongue to explore this mouth,
Let your winds set sail from north to south.

Swim in this sea of unknown mystery theme,
Unravel my thoughts, my hopes, my dreams.

Caress my neck, the curves of my sides,
Love me tender and feel the anticipation rise.

Feel the arch of my back, the pounding in my chest,
Love me tender, until all strength is gone and I rest.

My cold, cold heart yearns for the warmth of a flame,
But I lay here alone, and still all is the same.
