if the sky was
falling
apart at the ozone infested
seams
would you
claim a piece of
the milky substance of evaporation
that everyone has looked up to?
would you claim a piece of the fallen
glory
as your own?
or would you just simply
allow yourself to
float
into the sky-less abyss
as barren rocks clunked against your head,
marking their territory
of fallen flowers
and clouds that are dead.
