This Camp Sucks

Mommy, this camp sucks
I have no friends at all
They won’t let me write you
They won’t even let me call

This bully, his name is Michael
He gives me daily beatings
The camp councellors don’t care
About how the people treat me

Andrew squished my porcellin pot
I made it just for you
He gets to me like a swarm of bees
Doesn’t matter what I do

Henry pushed me into the lake
Next day I got a cold
And the food they serve is yucky
I assume that it is old

I tried to go swimming
But they dunked me underwater
They refuse to let us wear our caps
The days keep getting hotter

I thought this was suppose to be fun
Mommy, why’d you lie?
I don’t think I’ll get to see you again
I’ll much sooner die

I wrote this note with pride
Though the kids still laugh at me
I’d give anything to hide
Right now it’s getting hard to breath

So if you get this letter
Know that I’ll always love you so
For I don’t think I’ll survive the showers
I don’t think they use soap…
