smiles
The melody her dreams
The contact between the keys and
her fingers
Is the loving touch she's never felt
Her voice is in the songs
Singing of sparsse happiness
Crying out her pain
Expressed unknowingly
Her body sways to the rhythm
Feeling the beat, the tones
Within her soul
The sounds vibrate through her
Awaking the life that is within her
And in her mind
She travels with the music
Through the air
Far away into happiness
