Not to make you fall in love an then leave you,
but thats exactly what you did to me,
now what am i supposed to do?

Do you have any idea how bad it hurts,
to know that you dont want me,
or how much pain you caused,
by supposively setting me free.

You didnt call or anything,
i shouldve known it was goodbye,
and i just pushed it aside,
with nothing but a sigh.

But tonight it happened,
you really broke my heart,
i shouldve never let it go,
i shouldve spoke up from the start.

But I loved you so much,
much more than words could say,
i couldnt bring myself to it,
and now i have to pay.

These tears run from my eyes,
like a terrifying rain,
But its to prove to you,
that my life will never be the same.

Im sorry you chose to leave me,
but it just goes to show,
maybe my love wasnt good enough,
but i guess ill never know..

But, i have to ask What happened to your promise,
about how long we'd be together,
you know the one you made to me,
that said our love would be forever?
