I had never seen the stars so bright
I never thought they'd really die...
Everytime i see a shooting star I wish about me and you...
I keep thinking you'll come back.
I keep thinking over and over again,
that when you call, that this time it's true
You'll never leave my heart though i know i've left yours.
I think of you all night.
That some how some day I'll be wrapped in your arms again and
we'll be looking at those same stars that I'd wished on before...

then I wake up and its all a dream.
It's just a shooting star.
Realitys hit my heart.
Everyday I hear someone say 'dreams come true'
I guess thats not the same with me and you.
Your just a dream.
Your just a useless star.
and thats what you'll always stay.
but I still think of you night and day.
