Sometimes I see you,
And I remember our times,
The time we spent together,
While the sun would shine,
Our love was so powerful,
And we were so close,
Until we came upon the day I dreaded most,
The day when you would leave me,
For longer than a while,
The day that I'd forever be without your bright and happy smile,
The day that our love,
Was taken right back and thrown in the fire,
While it burnt pitch black,
I think back to the memories,
