Everyone knows what we’ve made of this world
Lying, fights and hate all curled into one
We never stop to think sometimes
We’re too busy having fun
We throw our lives away
And in the process we hurt our world
It is like God’s plan for us deteriorated
And sordid hatred unfurled
Whenever we even start to care
Or start to shed a tear
It’s not for loving life or joy
But either in sadness or fear
No one understand what was given up
And how it got us all in our places
No one even takes the time
Were too busy hating, and judging other peoples races
We need to realize what was done for us
An innocent life was willingly surrendered
Our return should have been loving one another
That was his only wish, don’t any of you remember
This is no time to turn your backs
It is a time to repay him for what he did
Yet when we try to start over
Darkness overshadows, and the happiness rids
We can’t go on the way we are living
Because there will be that awaited day
When God comes down from heaven
And tells us what he has been wanting to say
But I wonder if we could really change
Could we really start to care?
Would we start to look at someone’s heart?
And not judge them by the color of their hair
The cold hard truth is
If you haven’t already perceived
Is that it will take more then just a few promises
For our world to be relieved
There is not a chance of ever reviving
If we don’t start to work as one
Other then quitting and giving up
We have to work until we are done
Everyone should pitch in to this project
A project of replenishment and rid
Because everyone knows that they wouldn't give up
As much as our Lord did
If it takes us either five years
10 years or our whole time here
By the time we meet our creator
Life’s purpose should be clear
We should have realized
We have much, much more to live for
We should have realized
That everyones alike, skinny, tall, rich or poor
Hopefully we also clued in
On how to love and show affection
How to care for one another
And diminish rejection
I hope we clue into the fact
That we are living for a reason
I hope that we start to care more and more
Season throughout season
