Flames of Fury
Flames of Pain
Flicker as it eats me alive.
Flicker as I swallow it whole.
Burn with an ice cold curse.
Burn with a red hot blessing.
Upon my enemies I shall rain down destruction.
Upon myself I surrender unto Insanity.

Shivers caused by unseen anger.
Tears me apart, leaving me empty.
My heart a bleeding ragged hole.
My mind a tearing raging wind.
Blood streams before my dark brown eyes.
Stand before me or run for your life.

Breathe escapes in short painful bursts.
Life cowers as if before an open grave.
Fears unheeded, caution unknown.
All that is heard is my hearts blood song.
Feel the heat radiate from my burning body.
As the heat of my anger engulfs me whole.

Consume the person I seek to be.
Everything a blur what I do I can’t see.
Catch me as I sink in this downward spiral.
Catch me I beg of you. Catch me
I plead to the unheeding mass.
A swirling scene of heart rending cries.
I can feel the screams tear into my innocent flesh.

Catch me
as the flames burn me alive.
Don’t watch as I let me consume myself.
Reach for me as I reach for you despairingly.
The flames are far too much to bear.
The heat burns blisters into the smooth
cocoa skin and dulls the life.

Catch me before the flame does.
