A little girl dressed in pink..
Dressed for the boy,
Who lives down the street.

She'll try and try,
But still no attention.
He's busy with his race cars,
He cares about his Lego's.

A teenage girl,
Her top pulled low..
But he only respects her when she's on her knees.

She'll suck and suck,
But all he'll ever do is moan.
No, he's busy thinking of the football team,
He cares about the other girls.

A prom night,
And there's lights all around..
Flashy cardboard symbols..
But the girl is nowhere to be found.

She's off waiting for him,
Shivering on her front porch.
Such a pretty pink dress,
Stained with freezing water
And warm, soaking tears.

That's the night she found out
That eyeliner isn't tear-proof,
And her heart is the most vulnerable thing
Since pretty porcelain dolls.

Poor little girl,
Pink just wasn't his color.
Poor teenage girl,
You should have sucked harder.
