Silent nothings

Silent nothings linger in the air
All her secrets of lies and despair.

She can't help what she was done,
She wants to forget
She wants to move on.

Everyday masking her fear,
Hoping someone would notice
Or hear what she wants everyone to know
But her heart won't let her
It just won't let go.

As she cries silently in the night
The silent nothings are no longer light
They are so loud, she can't escape
Yet in the daytime they are nothing but a coo
All she wanted to say was I need you.

I need your help, I want you to tell me everything is fine. But you never
even gave her your time.
As those silent nothings start start to disappear
The daytime comes and her silence is all you hear.
