Quite As Disappointing

My shirt still smells like your hair
I hope it always stays there
Cause there's nothing quite as disappointing
As knowing that something doesn't smell like her anymore

It's raining so hard we might be dead
But we're safe together on a hotel bed
And there’s nothing quite as disappointing
As knowing all hotel stays will end

I'm listening to a song that says
"You'll sit alone forever if you wait for the right time"
I'll take the advice and kiss you every second
Your lips will become mine

Your voice makes everything better
And Kassie this love letter
Is my attempt to prove
I will always love you

Every girl in the hallway
Not a single one is you
Every girl in the hallway
Not a single one will do
And there's nothing quite as disappointing
As wanting, but not having you
