Rewrite The Tales Of Time

Whatever tomorrow brings
Won’t be as bad as yesterday
But today will soon become
Yesterday as well, so anyways
For every time, if I had a dime
I’d rewrite the tales of time
Time, just a form of organization
Ticking sends me into frustration
Sixty minutes, twelve hours
Seven days, just numbers
Why can’t the time just fly
Watch every second pass me by
Everyday I wait for another
And they come, why do I bother?
Every minute my head hurts
And I tell it for what it’s worth
Knock on opportunities door
Life always seems to bring downpours
Happiness lasts for a minute
Doesn’t matter how you spin it
And when everything is done, you die
Why can’t time just pass me by?
And for every time, if I had a dime
I’d rewrite the tales of time
