At the bottom of the bottle
Bottle with the cure
The "garauntee" is not so pure

It has only made him sick
Why did this bottle he have to pick
It has not made him well
Only made him sick

There is nothing we can do
Just pray he makes it through
And the bottle of medicine he has picked
Will make im well again,
And not make him sick
