Under Your Love

The past is meant to be forgotten
But who could have guessed
Grudges never take their last breathe

Did you know that I write
Our initials on every desk I see
So all the world or just those who pass by
Will know that you belong to me

I can't say this enough
I don’t want anybody else
There's no contest, it's been done
Sweety you are my only one
The choice is clear I don't need help
I don't want anybody else

I can't say this nearly enough
Do you believe me when I say
I don't want anybody else

There's a pain in my stomach
It hurts me like nothing else
But sometimes this sturdy pain
Is all I have to keep me sane

All this alleged cheating
Had been done not by me
But in your head
I would rather have your heart
Then a few stains on a bed

I can't say this nearly enough
Do you believe me when I say
I don't want anybody else

You're not making this easy
Questioning who I appear to be
I've poured everything out of this cup
So won't you help me refill it up
I'm feeling like a surgery
Who knows what may become of me
A body part could wind up gone
This surgery could go so wrong
Under you're love, under the knife
Won't you please save my life

I can't say this enough
I don't want anybody else
There's no contest, it's been done
Sweety you are my only one
