~An Angel~

An angel falls with broken burning wings
Free falling wile the rest all sing
Knowing that its frail body will dent the earth
It'll have to accept an inevitability
What a tragedy
Being forced to over-dose on reality
Hear it's weeping voice
Tears fall to the dirt
Only to keep it moist
No one to hear no one to see
A fallen friend bleed
Pools of blood
Black with the mud
In the pools it'll lie
It's so sad when an angel has to die
