We push forward carried away
a momentum drawing us to dust
time and time again our edges fray

Disuse did not stop the end of days
so in darkness we cling to trust
we push forward carried away

We still listen to what "they" say
and we will bear them up if we must
time and time again our edges fray

We continue to hope and pray
we're calling out, for what is just?
we push forward carried away

And everywhere we're forbidden play
It leads to industrial rust
time and time our edges fray

And though we are home we cannot stay
Now that we don't know what drives us
we push forward carried away
time and time again our edges fray
