Count On You

Baby tell me how
I’m suppose to trust you now
When will you open up your eyes
I can see right past your crazy lies
Baby… Tell me, lately you’ve been
Lying
Tell me because
If I can count on you, you can count on me
I’ll love you unconditionally
But I won’t be put on your tab
Backstab after another backstab
Read you your rights and tell you your crime
Let’s do it right, you’re wasting my time
Send me the truth on a pathetic e-mail
The emotion you tried to use just failed
Baby… Tell me, lately you’ve been
Lying
If I can count on you, you can count on me
I’ll love you unconditionally
But I don’t need the fibs you spit
Words you say are full of bulshit
Tell me you love me because I’ve cried
Tell me you cared, even though you lied
Don’t touch me because sometimes I can’t tell
Sometimes I love you, others you can burn in hell
You can spend the rest of your days jerking
Or admit to me that this just ain’t working
Tell me you were wrong, tell me you understand
Don’t try to kiss me, just hold my hand
Because if I can trust you, you can trust me
No more games, let’s play this truthfully
So if I can count on you, you can count on me
I’ll love you unconditionally
