Indigo Child

I just saw Buddha in the Christmas tree
Staring where my Indigo child used to be
Why couldn’t he of stayed with me?
Is happiness a virtue?
Is evolution still going on?
Whose to say the dancers won’t eventually all fall.
There’s no land of virtue yet a city of sin.
Help me the light’s getting dim.
For a rock star to become a priest.
We’ll all fall eventually.
Indigo child, the new thing to be.
Indigo child, you left me feeling so helpless
The chameleon in me bleeds.
No sap story for the stealer of souls
Nothing but the sadness within her own soul
