Ticking Bomb

Raging conspiracy
Small tyrants in the back of your head
Let them out, they’re screaming
A cage too dark and cold
Every tweak is another fight
Battle the urges to explode
Over-exaggerate beyond possible limits
When storm clouds seem grey
When thunder seems soothing
Itching at the little desires
Don’t tell me “whatever”
I’ll burst like a pack of dynamite, a ticking bomb
Warning: May Injure… Everyone
Who drags their smartass down my path
Don’t let the flag hang too low on the pole
I’ll tear it right off the rope
Seeping droplets of fire madness
Like an evil devils dew
Spikes like piercing eyes watching
Enjoying the pain surging through every limb
Every small piece of tissue dissolving in anger
Because everyone had the nerve to burn it
Words so hurtful
Pinching soft skin till permanent marks are left
Then all you have are memories
So don’t tell me to “shut up”
Because I will…
