Starring into this reflection
Deep into my thoughts
Wondering about all my choices
And what my surroundings have taught

The sky
It has taught me that there is sunshine
And there is dark
So when the dark gets thicker
Just close your eyes – and dream

The earth
It has taught me that the grass
Isn’t always greener on the other side
If so give your grass another chance
To grow and learn – for you have gotten many yourself

The wind
It has taught me that when
One door closes a window opens
So take the risk and jump

The sea
It has taught me how to sail through life
So no one can push me down
And make me sink below everyone else

And you
You have taught me how to love, how to cry
How to touch, how to say good-bye, how to live,
And how to smile – you have taught me
How to feel….
