I look up; and see vast open space.
Focus, see stars iridescent, and embrace
Clouds of pink, yellow, purple and blue drift in waves, each one new.
Stars twinkle and clouds roll, by the light of the moon I search my soul.

I look forward; old wooden bridge.
Focus, new green vines engulf old decayed wood,
Graciously given enchantment by a bygone tree,
Small things give joy to my content heart.

I look right; glistening, green, knowing trees.
Focus, this greenery holds life within,
Joy full singing birds upon its branches,
Breathe in, the trees life essence.

I look left; take nature in for all of its purity.
Focus, open fields where flowers bloom,
Uncounted colors hide life unknown,
I admire and am grateful for natures canvas upon the earth.

I look below; water flowing.
Focus, a stream surging from life within,
It glistens from the luminous moon,
I'm refreshed by natures purity.

I look around; lush surroundings.
Focus, the landscape is captivating.
From this tree that i lean on, to the blue stream below,
I take it all in, almost seems like a dream.

I look within; a mind calmed by natures serenity.
Focus, on nothing. Imagination running wild,
Power of the soul reveal es truths once sealed.
Concentrate on thoughtlessness. Spirit released.
