I know this feeling all too well
Everyday is another hell
Torturous burdens overcome life
I get a cold chill from the edge of the knife

The blade is swift
As it pierces my wrist
My eyes bleed tears
As I run from my fears

This is my way of escaping reality
But I know deep down it's just a matter of time
'Till my life becomes a bitter fatality
When I go too far and cross the line
