Unnoticed Like A Sunday Morning

If you miss my silent sounds
The brisk air as I walk by
Then maybe you could tell the people
The reason, tell them why
I could have been remembered
With pride and dignity
Don’t let my soul rest unended
For all eternity
Bless the ones who smiled my way
For my smile will surely pass
Away, down all the saddened days
That have left so very fast
Perhaps my being was unnoticed
Seen by one too less
The weeks went by with none to many
Moments that I’d call blessed
Believe me when I say I pulled
Myself to one strong edge
Upon this cliff I did realize
This was not the very end
I’ll live on in spirit, like a ghost
Though I see no big difference
Once invisible, I am now gone
Just with the lack of my presence
Shut my eyes for they are wistful
Like a Sunday morning just begun
Surrounded by people trying to construe
The much misinterpreted reason
Perchance I cross a noble gate
One with white pickets tall
I’ll leap across to a new born’s fate
A face so new, blissful
A new life in a different color
Much like a rose bud’s red
Without the need of perfection
No longer need I contend
Family, friends, bid me farewell
Tonight I cross the grey bridge
My soul shall surely scorch
And my heart has already singed
Do not cry for me at the latest time
For I have cried enough for you and I
Your tears with the bittersweet taste of lime
Do not let them fog your eyes
Whilst praying for me on your knees
Include a small ‘Hello’
For all I wanted was you to notice me
Now you wave to me from below
