In the shadows of my mind,
There lingers memories,
Sweet and Lovely thoughts,
Like music's melodies,

Recalling only yesterday,
When I kissed upon Your lips,
While sharing over brunch,
Fine wine is what We sip,

Sharing laughter and a hug,
Eyes searching so deep,
Wanting just to hold You,
I truly Love You heaps,

Heart starts beating faster,
Sweating upon my brow,
Thinking of the time when,
We shall take that vow,

In the shadows of my mind,
It was only yesterday,
I sigh, calling Your name,
Hearing all You'd say,

Heart's still beating faster,
Due to thoughts of You,
Lingering within my mind,
