Swimming through the multiple memories
Diving deep into my mind
Finding myself in a forgotten place and time
So many reappearing emotions seize my soul
So many wounds reopening on my beating heart
So many days that I have long forgotten begin to play back
So many painful thoughts fill my mind


I feel as if I'm living in a haunting nightmare
As all this races through my mind
My stomach ties itself in knots
My eyes begin to water
My head starts to pound
My heart begins to bleed
I can't take much more
When at that very moment
I realize this is all
Just a bitter sweet memory
