diving into hell.

these lies that you spread
rumors of your self.
i won't ever tell

what do you believe,
when your best friend
"had cancer"
and when you can't trust
a word she says?

when you wait in the dark
for her to emerge.
and nothing comes out,
but the creeping lies?

what do you do
when you want to believe,
but you just can't?
what do you do?

what do I do
when the truth is the lies,
and the lies become the truth?
