And the worlds too
Sad right now
Pacing around
To weeping piano sounds
Yeah, the guitar is crying
A little woeful sigh
And the world
-her pace is oh so slow
As she orbits
And the choir sings
Notes from violin strings
And the violin screeches out
With vocal chords

And two best friends
Part ways
Though they are sitting
Right together
One has already
Fled

And the world is
Too sad right now
She’s making her rounds
To a weeping piano sound
She’s circling
And tilting
In a melancholy haze

Vocal rest for those with no voice
Is shameful
To see it all erupt in a barrage of blue hues
Ion a flurry of fluctuating mistakes
And the piano has nothing to say
So it weeps

And among a sea
Of rotted technology
(Ranging from yesterdays
Bronze to tomorrows chrome)
And among that rotted sea
Our world will sail away
Into a grief stricken midday sun
Singing along with melted keyboards
And bleeding monitors
Singing of raindrops
