Have you ever felt push to the brink.
Where the waters so deep there’s no choice but to sink.
Or have you ever felt on the edge.
And every body taking shots at your head.
I ask have you ever felt just down and out.
Like there’s no reason to go all out.
Have you ever felt like there’s nothing to do?
Were your only choice is just to lose.
And there are, no more tricks for you to use.
Have you ever felt raped, beat up, and abused.
Have you ever felt like it was time to quit?
Because you got tired of taking all the hits.
Have ever felt against the ropes.
Like you can’t win there’s just no hope.
Have you ever felt like there’s no reason?
For you to continue to take the beatings.
Have you ever felt so far behind?
And it seems like you just wasting time.
Have you ever felt a great deal of pressure?
And the end result is you on a stretcher.
Have you ever felt like it wasn’t worth it?
There’s no point to try and be perfect.
Have you ever felt like there’s no choice?
And don’t nobody hear your voice.
Have you ever felt all alone?
Like every body in this world was gone.
Have ever felt against the world.
As it spins, turns, spirals, and twirls.
I ask have you ever felt like it was time to pay.
If so it’s funny because for some reason, I feel the same way.
