And if life is like a movie
I’m stuck in the part of this hopeless kid
Delivering wrong lines

And if our eyes are like the big screen
Well, my box office is burning
And I cant find hope in the flames
And the romantic acquaintance
Is no more than a lustful name.

And if we’re constantly filming
Then my blooper reel is too long
And if the critics are present
“please be delicate”
Because I feel so misplaced
Feel like an actor, not a kid
And the plot is so cheesy
And the red carpet is flooding black
And this day is a tragedy
A flaw that I cant give back

And the Indian givers
Take their money
And wither away by the end,
Or tomorrow

Because if life is a movie
The sound quality is quite low
And if you’re in the theater
Boy, you’ve tuned into the wrong show
Because the fan mail is missing
And there’s a breakdown in every scene

So if there’s a critic
Please consider this
I’m an actor, not a kid
Stuck in the wrong role
So please be delicate
