How dare you say you're always there.
How can I know you really care?
The bottles shatter against the wall,
Waiting only for your call.
Well I've waited long enough.
Wanna talk? Hey, that's tough.
The train is leaving, I'm on board.
You've lost your ticket, thank you Lord.
I won't waste my time on you.
I could've wasted it WITH you.
I spilled my thoughts in your head.
"you can trust me," you said.
We spit and shooks hands.
And life was just grand.
And then you knifed my back.
Left me in the world of cold and black.
So i cut my hair and changed my ways.
Told everyone that I'm okay.
I'm running far from this place.
I tore the rope and I'll win the race.
I'm tired of having to pretend.
No longer have to call you "friend".
