If you are the poison of love,
Fill my cup
And because you are sweet on my lips,
I’ll drink it up
Bartender please begin to,
Poor me another shot
Because this crazy feeling,
Is all that I’ve got
I want to touch him in ways,
That are more than just physical
But he’s making my heart do back flips,
And it’s got me kind of quizzical
This dance has me painting pictures of him,
And I know that can’t be good
If art is a language of it’s own,
Then why is it so misunderstood?
I’m dancing the night into the sunrise,
But I’m living on the moon
And this man treats everyday with me,
Like it was our honeymoon
I’m crawling miles to savor his lips,
When I know they’ll be the death of me
I know my fire’s getting heated,
Because I’m falling for him senselessly
While he sweeps me off my feet,
My conscious becomes so blind
And he’s captured my heart,
But I’m loosing my mind
Full blown in this toxic tango,
Seduced by his savage loving
And in this venomous food chain,
He stands so far above me
They say he’s infected my veins violently,
To a point where there is no cure
They say he’s corrupted my every step,
That this poison in my blood runs pure
Well if he kills me with his charm,
Let his fatal destruction take me whole
So that when he finally seizes me,
He’ll have my complete, delirious soul
Bartender, don’t quit on me now,
I need more, sucked into addiction
He’s ransacked my every thought,
And forced my morals into contradiction
It’s not my fault he’s so contagious,
I just can’t stop
So let me drink his poisonous love,
Down to the last drop
