Call Emergency

Wake me up I need you immediately
I’ve taken a hit to the brain
Please won’t you call emergency?
Slowly I’m going insane

I hear your voice but my vision is blurring
And my heart still has a beat
Though you’ve got me slightly stirring
I’m afraid I’ve met defeat

I’m scared to open my eyes because I might
Not see you by my side
I can’t stand living one more night
Wondering why I even tried

Maybe you wouldn’t reach me
If I had hung the rope a little higher
Maybe you wouldn’t beseech me
If I have just set myself on fire

Don’t let me feel your breath on my neck
I might retract my dieing faze
And if you had bothered to check
You would’ve felt my pulse race

Forget calling emergency
It would only do me more harm
Because I’d rather die with you gently
Holding me in your arms
