Don't Miss Me, I'm Right Here

Tonight I lay me down to sleep
And pray to all that you don't weep
For if I lived another day
I'm sure to say, I could not stay
My eyes turn to the color of clouds
The thunder booms and rain pours down
And if I stay to watch the rain
I'm gauranteed undying pain
You know that I live to see you smile
But my body collapses after a while
I puncture my veins and empty out
Don't make a sound, you're way too loud
Just whisper now, indoor voices
This is not the time to protest choices
I'm slipping down, it's just a dream
I'm just what I seem, I'm only me
Don't cry now, party on
I know you'll go on when I'm gone
I love you dearly, you know it's true
You have my heart, I have your's, too
Yin and yang, good luck charm
We're invincable, invincable to harm
True love is eternal, best friends means forever
And now that I have you, we're sticking together
But after the thrill, after the hype
I don't think that I'll be alright
So when I'm down and out of sight
Never cry, just go get high
I won't say bye, see you soon
Because someday you'll be down here, too
But as for life, I'll cut it short
Love you darling, last resort.
