The Flower

It is so pretty.
It looks so strong in the wind.
Yet it is so fragile.
You can stare at them for hours.
Wish you looked just as pretty.
A flower can change color.
It can be up and ready to play.
Or it can be wilted and scared.
Flowers are just like us.
When we are feeling good, we look good.
And when we are feeling down, we look sad.
A flower is no different from us.
We wilt.
We look pretty.
We get scared.
We hide from the world.
We shed tears.
While flowers shed petals!
We are not that different.
But yet no where near the same.
I would be a flower.
But would a flower be me?
