Wedding Dress

He left her at the altar,
gave her a handful of stress,
now tears stain
her wedding dress.
She tried to pick herself up
she should move on,
to her, he's dead,
the memories gone.
So with her broken heart
and teary eyes,
she curses his name
and all other guys.
Then she comes to the bridge
where they first kissed.
And she wonders how
he could leave her like this.
She looks down at the rocks,
and the water rushing over,
she feels her hair blowing
in the wind, over her shoulders.
An impulsive action,
she jumps before she thinks,
she hits the rocks,
and into the water she sinks.
Blood stains
on a wedding dress.
A broken heart
that made a mess.
