Berlin was my Escape

Berlin was my escape
From a reality I did not want to face
I had a good time while I was there
Made a lot of men stare
Got asked to have a one night stand
He was a thirty year old man
I was frank and told him no
If you had heard what he had said
I am pretty sure you would have hit him up side the head
Berlin was my escape
From the pain I did not want to face
I did well in my classes
Drank and had fun with the rest of the masses
Went to museums, Prague, and saw a concert too
And yet I still thought of you
Everywhere I went I felt you there
Death is never fair
Berlin was my escape
But still you fallowed me there
