Close your eyes and vision and imagine.
These series of things that I say happen.
Picture yourself walking down the street.
Now envision a family with kids as young as three.
Now imagine them with no shoes on their feet.
Now look and see there’s no food to eat.
Now are you thinking to yourself that this really isn’t fair?
What if the cloths they had on where there only pair?
And they did have shoes but had to share.
Now I bet you’re starting to care.
Now imagine a girl younger than thirteen.
And being a superstar was her dream.
Now what if I told you she was raped and abused.
And if I didn’t tell you, you would never guess who.
By the people who call her princess and daughter.
The people she calls mother and father.
She has beauty and talent they don’t let her use.
She fears having a boyfriend for she knows she loose.
What if she hit 18 and didn’t anybody know.
She settled for good instead of reaching her goal.
Now imagine her pain in her soul and eyes.
Imagine her gone not to death but suicide.
Now I ask you to do one more thing for me.
Open your eyes and tell me what you see.
Look at life look and listen.
Does it still feel like you’re in my vision?
Them things I had you vision are real.
I just want you to feel the pain I feel.
These are more than visions this is reality.
I don’t know what your eyes see but I see tragedy.
