I hear darkness coming
And shadows drumming
Nothing is seen
Not even the lights queen

For the sky is now blanketed
And the world being annihilated
By shadows hand
Crushing all into sand

Making a mockery of man
Destroying every plan
Created and forgotten
Spoiling the ground rotten

Imprisoning all in its path
And its slowly growing wrath
Is driving men into madness
And women to sadness

Humans slowly losing the war
Bodies being tore
By shadows early rage
It’s the end of an age

Everything now in a void
And everything being destroyed
All around is blood
Lying in the mud

Are the bodies now above
For they never lost love
When the shadows mustard
And the world shuttered

But over time shadows faded
And everything was no longer shaded
Man came from the past
So time could again last

With the end of corruption
And endless destruction
The world of men
Now purified of sin

Now no longer weep
Or have to seek
For treasures lost
But it came at a great cost

For now free of the night
And loved by the night
For we’re free
And darkness we no longer see
